MEET US | Dr. Talebzadeh
A summa Cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Dr. Nojan Talebzadeh received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Harvard. After his completion of studies at Harvard, he received his Doctor of Medicine degree, as well as his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery degree at University of California San Francisco. Dr. Talebzadeh has received various prestigious awards including Harvard Alumni Scholastic Excellence Award, International Society of Implantology Award, AAODA, Student Clinician research Award. In addition to receiving various honors and awards throughout his academic career, Dr. Talebzadeh is an accomplished researcher and has published his findings in field of laser surgery, anatomy, clinical and surgical research. Dr. Talebzadeh has delivered various presentations in his field of expertise,including American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, South County Advance Study Club, American Heart Association and most recently at American Association of Cleft Lip and Palate in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons, International College of Surgeons, and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons. He is a anesthesia examiner for CDA and Advance Cardiac Life Support Instructor and examiner for American Heart Association. He is a member of various professional organizations including American Medical Association, American Dental Association, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Southern California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Medical Association, California Dental Association, San Diego Medical Association and the San Diego Dental Association.
He is presently an attending physician in Sharp Chula Vista Hospital, Scripps Hospital in Chula Vista, Paradise Valley Hospital, Children's Hospital of San Diego, and Scripps Mercy Hospital.
Currently a resident of San Diego, Dr. Talebzadeh enjoys skiing, tennis, squash, racquetball and table tennis.
